FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Age of Majority Singers (AOMS) is pleased to announce the official appointment of their new artistic director, Mary-Catherine Pazzano. Mary-Catherine is a professional jazz vocalist, music educator, vocal coach, and music director who has toured across North America and New Zealand. She has also been a featured soloist with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony and has collaborated with the world-renowned Penderecki String Quartet, Mark Eisenman, Nancy Walker, and more. “We are excited to begin working on the next phase of Age of Majority Singers with Mary-Catherine”, says co-chair, Eric Jackson-Sarkany. “Her unique perspective and musical experience brings an exciting opportunity for AOMS to continue expanding its repertoire and experiment with new and innovative music.” Age of Majority Singers is a mixed-voice community choir in Kitchener, Ontario. Founded in 2013, Age of Majority Singers is a place for 18+ singers that operates around the three pillars of making music accessible, inclusive, and community focused.
